Job Description: German Language Teacher (Native Speaker)

About Us
MedLeap Pathways is an international education platform helping aspiring healthcare professionals prepare for global careers. We are opening a German Language Training Center in Bangkok to support students on their journey to study, train, and work as nurses in Germany. We are looking for a German native teacher who can teach German up to B2 level and inspire students with engaging and effective lessons.
Responsibilities
● Teach German language classes (A1–B2) to adult learners preparing for study and work opportunities in Germany.
● Develop lesson plans, materials, and activities that follow the Goethe-Institut / CEFR curriculum standards.
● Assess students’ progress through regular testing and provide feedback to help them achieve proficiency goals.
● Create a supportive and motivating classroom environment for students with varying levels of prior language experience.
● Work with program coordinators to align teaching with students’ professional and cultural preparation needs.
● Participate in teacher meetings, training, and workshops as needed.
Requirements
- Native German speaker.
- Teaching qualification such as DaF/DaZ, Goethe-Institut certificate, or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Experience teaching adults up to B2 level (at least 2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with CEFR-aligned curricula, exams, and preparation strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- Passion for language teaching and cultural exchange.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching in Southeast Asia or multicultural classrooms.
- Knowledge of online teaching tools and blended learning methods.
- Basic English to support classroom communication.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary is 45,000 Baht/month.
