We are seeking a passionate and experienced Geography and Travel & Tourism teacher to join our team at an International Secondary School teaching British curriculum. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Geography to Key Stage 3 and Travel & Tourism IGCSE to Key Stage 4.

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and effective Geography lessons to students in Key Stage 3
Plan and deliver engaging and effective Travel & Tourism lessons to students in Key Stage 4
Create and implement schemes of work and lesson plans in line with the school's curriculum and teaching standards
Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians as needed
Contribute to the development of the Geography and Travel & Tourism curriculum and teaching resources
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning are maintained
Participate in weekly staff and departmental meetings
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events as required
Requirements:
A degree in Geography, Tourism or other related fields.
A teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS or equivalent) and relevant teaching experience in a secondary school setting
A thorough understanding of the UK National Curriculum and experience in teaching Cambridge curriculum is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with EAL learners is an advantage
The ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
