Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership – Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in facilities, finance, human resources, and compliance.
Strategic Planning – Develop and implement policies to enhance school performance and growth.
Financial Management – Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure sustainability.
Human Resources & Staff Development – Lead recruitment, professional development, and staff well-being initiatives.
Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to local and international education standards.
Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with the Board, Head of School, faculty, parents, and external partners.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education Management, Business Administration, School Leadership, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in school administration, operations, or an international school setting.
- Strong knowledge of finance, HR policies, facilities management, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with international school accreditation and compliance processes.
Skills:

- Excellent financial management and budget oversight skills.
