Position Summary
We are looking for a warm, professional, and highly organized individual who will be the welcoming face of our school for prospective families and students. The Front Office & Admissions Officer is the welcoming face of the school, supporting prospective families through the admissions journey while ensuring smooth and professional front office operations each day.

Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Reception
● Greet parents, students, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
● Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and courteously.
● Manage the reception area to ensure it is organized, presentable, and welcoming.
● Coordinate visitor sign-in, appointments, and safeguarding procedures.
● Work closely with the Head of School.

Admissions Support
● Respond to admissions inquiries and guide parents through the application process.
● Arrange school tours, meetings, and assessments with relevant staff.
● Prepare admissions documents, forms, and student files.
● Maintain accurate records in the admissions database/system.
● Follow up with prospective families regarding applications and required documentation.
● Work closely with the Head of School to support admissions processes, parent communication, and the smooth coordination of student enrollment.

Administrative Support
● Provide general administrative support to the admissions and leadership teams.
● Coordinate communication between parents and academic staff when required.
● Support student onboarding and documentation once enrollment is confirmed.
● Assist with school events, open days, and parent engagement activities.

Customer Service
● Ensure a positive experience for all families from first contact to enrollment.
● Communicate clearly and professionally with families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
● Handle inquiries and concerns with patience, care, and discretion.

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in any field (required).
● Previous experience in administration, customer service, or admissions (preferred).
● Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
● Confident IT skills and ability to manage databases and documents.
