Saint Dominic School is a well-established Catholic (Salesian) institution serving more than 1,300 students from Grades 1–12.
As part of the continued development of the Saint Dominic Foreign Languages Program, we are seeking a qualified Filipino English teacher who is committed to structured instruction, clearly defined academic standards, and long-term professional contribution within a stable educational environment.
This position is particularly suitable for experienced educators currently working in Thailand who are seeking a stable, long-term teaching appointment within a structured academic environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet all stated minimum requirements.
Required Academic Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in English
OR
• Bachelor’s degree in Education with a major or specialization in Secondary English Education
Only applicants holding one of the above qualifications will be considered.
Required Professional Criteria
• CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THAILAND
• Available to commence employment as soon as possible
• Filipino applicant with a TOEIC score of 900 or above, supported by an official score report
• Strong spoken English proficiency with clear and effective classroom communication
• Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience in Thailand
• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching English at secondary level
• Professional appearance, reliability, and a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Familiarity with the Thai National Curriculum is an advantage
Preference will be given to applicants who:
• Hold a valid Khurusapha (TCT) Teaching License

SALARY & BENEFITS
• Salary: 30,000–32,000 THB per month Based on qualifications and directly relevant experience Maximum salary: 32,000 THB
• 12-month contract
• Approximately 5 weeks of paid school holidays, in addition to Thai public holidays

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver structured, high-quality lessons aligned with curriculum standards
• Prepare semester course outlines and weekly lesson plans
• Develop, administer, and evaluate midterm and final assessments in accordance with departmental and school assessment standards
• Monitor, assess, and record student progress
• Assess student work and provide timely and constructive feedback
• Maintain accurate academic and assessment records
• Participate in school activities and departmental collaboration
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and academically focused classroom environment
• Contribute positively to the academic and professional culture of the school
WORKING SCHEDULE
• Monday–Friday
• 07:40–16:45
• Typical teaching load: approximately 20 periods per week, subject to timetable requirements
