Position: Qualified Native English-Speaking (NES) Kindergarten Teacher
Lighthouse Chalong Kindergarten is seeking a highly motivated, dedicated, and qualified Native English-Speaking Teacher to join our team.
The successful candidate will play an important role in developing and nurturing our students’ English-language skills. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, cheerful, and committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver creative, interactive lesson plans that inspire and engage young learners.
Provide a nurturing and supportive environment that encourages English-language development.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes cultural understanding and respect.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide a well-rounded educational experience.
Monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback and guidance.
Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student development.
Requirements:
Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience working in a school setting.
A pleasant, cheerful personality and the ability to connect with young learners.
Ability to inspire and motivate children to develop their English-language skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different teaching methods and styles.
Flexibility in adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual students’ needs.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Previous Montessori experience is an advantage.
Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:45 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary with opportunities for increases based on experience, performance, and professional growth. Minimum salary is 45,000 baht per month.
