Position Overview
The Preschool Lead Teacher is a teaching role with additional leadership responsibilities. This position combines classroom teaching with the responsibility of coordinating and supporting preschool-level teachers to ensure smooth transition from Thai educational standards to the British curriculum (EYFS).
The Lead Teacher reports to and coordinates closely with the Program Director and School Director, serving as the liaison between preschool-level teachers and school leadership.
