Job Description
Due to the continued success of our GEMS Wesgreen Internation School, Sharjah we are looking to recruit 2 English Teachers for an Immediate/ January start.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT to gain valuable international exposure, or for more experienced teachers to take the next step in their career with a global leading company and within a world-class International School.
We are British Schools Overseas (BSO) accredited gaining Outstanding judgements in all standards, allowing us to offer the NQT, QTS and iPGCE programmes to our teachers through the TES Institute. Skills
Successful candidates will need to:
• Hold a BEd or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
• Have proven experience of teaching English to KS3 as a minimum
• Have the ability to share exemplary teaching practices.
• A creative and enthusiastic approach, both inside and outside the classroom.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students and parents
• Have a proven track record of providing outstanding learning & teaching
• Have aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing their career
• Be willing to make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community-based events.
