A Bachelor's degree in any field (candidates with a background in education will be given special consideration).
No prohibited medical conditions in the government sector or mental health disorder.
A positive attitude, patience, and ability to get along with others without discrimination against race or ethnicity.
Understanding of the workings of government systems.
Ability to teach students with diverse abilities and ethnic backgrounds.
Strong commitment and a passion for teaching.
Willingness to live in a quiet, small town in Mae Hong Son.
Experience in teaching or volunteering in education will be considered a plus.
