We are looking for English Teacher.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Planning and Delivery:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on the school's curriculum.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
- Incorporate a variety of instructional techniques and technologies to enhance student learning.

2. Classroom Management:
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among students.
- Monitor and support student progress and provide feedback to students and parents as required.

3. Assessment and Evaluation:
- Prepare and administer tests, quizzes, and other assessments to evaluate student learning.
- Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback to support student improvement.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.

4. Student Engagement and Support:
- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
- Address individual learning needs and support students' academic and personal growth.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities such as clubs, field trips, and events.

5. Professional Development:
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and school events.
- Stay current with educational research and innovations in English language teaching.

Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Certification: TESL, TESOL, TEFL
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience teaching English at grade 7-12.
- Skills:
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL).
