Your role as a valuable member involves ensuring the educational success of our
students, collaborating with fellow teachers to deliver engaging, interactive classes,
and providing motivation and feedback to facilitate effective progress in their English
skills.
Applicants should be native English speakers with a bachelor's degree, possessing a
120-hour TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification, along with a demonstrated passion for
education and language instruction.
Flexibility in teaching hours, enjoyment in teaching adults, preference for small
classes, willingness to learn and grow professionally, dedication within a team, and
supportiveness towards students are essential qualities.
Full-time positions offer a base salary of 47,500 Baht, 40 hours per week with 30
contact hours spread over weekends and weekdays, along with benefits such as
medical insurance, social security, visa and work permit assistance, tax management,
vacation days, and a uniform.
Flex-time positions with a base salary of 30,000 THB entail 20 contact hours per week
over weekends.
Both options come with a one-year contract and opportunities for performance-based
renewal bonuses and career advancement.
