1. Recruit and onboard new corporate training teachers
2. Provide orientation and mentorship to ensure readiness
Teacher Management
1. Assign and manage teacher schedules
2. Ensure classes run smoothly and meet client expectations
3. Oversee teaching materials and related documentation
Evaluation & Development
1. Support class observations and give performance feedback
2. Promote teacher development and respond to student concerns
Teaching Support
1. Substitute and teach classes when needed
2. Administration & Quality Assurance
3. Track teaching hours for payroll
4. Analyze student satisfaction and lead improvement actions
5. Support other academic tasks as assigned
