Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Adjustment Plan (EAP) Facilitator to join our school in Primary Section. The EAP Facilitator plays a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs by designing, implementing, and monitoring Education Adjustment Plans. This role ensures that every student has the right level of support to thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, implement, and monitor Education Adjustment Plans (EAPs) for students requiring additional support.
-Identify student strengths, barriers, and needs, and set clear, measurable learning and development goals.
-Collaborate with the Head of School, facilitators, section coordinator, parents, and students in the planning process.
-Ensure EAP strategies and accommodations are applied consistently in classrooms, and assessments.
-Review and update EAPs each term and after major assessments, adjusting strategies to maintain the right level of support.
-Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
All applicants for a teaching position at Pan – Asia International School must have at least a ‘teaching degree’ and a minimum of two-three consecutive years teaching experience. These are some of the requirements foreign national needs to work as a teacher in Thailand in order to obtain a work permit.
Qualifications & Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
-Proven experience in learning support, special education, or EAP coordination.
-Strong understanding of inclusive practices, differentiation, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, parents, and students.

For this position above, PAIS requires at least a Bachelor's Degree in the field and a minimum of 2 - 3 years of teaching experience in international schools. Degree in education and IB school teaching experience will be an added plus.
