Early years Facilitator Qualifications :
Candidate should be a graduate .
Montessori trained.
Self Motivated.
Good Verbal Written English Skills.
Patience.

Experience : 3 years +
Design a didactic and creative program specialized for preschool children
Use a variety of different educational techniques (for example storytelling, playing games, media presentations etc.) to teach children
Look after each child and help them build social competencies and self-esteem
Inspire children to communicate with each other in a friendly manner
Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information
Evaluates students' academic and social growth, keeps appropriate records and prepares progress reports
Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing
Oversee children in order to make sure they are safe
Adhere with all relevant health and safety standards
Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child
Deliver reports on potential concerns about students as to management as needed
Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, lunch time and rest time for students
