The Role Includes:
- Leading an Early Years classroom with high standards of care and learning
- Creating engaging indoor and outdoor learning opportunities
- Observing, assessing, and responding to children's development and next steps
- Supporting communication, language, early literacy, and mathematical thinking
- Building strong classroom routines and emotional security
- Working closely with teaching assistants as active members of the learning team
- Contributing to school life, duties, events, and the wider community
- Working in partnership with families to support each child's journey
