About BEYC
At the British Early Years International School (BEYC), our values of Play, Individuality, Environment, Resilience, Relationships, and Nurture shape everything we do. We are a leading Reggio Emilia inspired Early Years school in Bangkok for children aged 2 to 6 years old, blending the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework with a child-led, nature-inspired curriculum.

In September 2025, BEYC opened a brand-new, purpose-built campus near our original site. Designed specifically to support our unique fusion of EYFS and Reggio Emilia, our school offers inspiring indoor and outdoor environments that encourage play, curiosity, and independent discovery.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our team. We are looking for an educator who can join us as soon as possible, though we are open to a Term 2 start for the right candidate.

Our classrooms benefit from small class sizes capped at 16 children, supported by a teacher and up to three experienced Learning Assistants. This 1:4 ratio gives our educators the space and time to truly know each child and plan around their individual interests. We actively protect teaching quality by keeping paperwork light and building generous planning allocations directly into the school day.

The Candidate We Are Looking For
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Early Years/Primary Education or a PGCE equivalent.

  • Proven experience teaching EYFS, alongside familiarity or strong alignment with the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

  • A genuine dedication to child-initiated, outdoor, and play-based learning.

  • Strong leadership skills to guide a collaborative classroom team.

  • Abundant enthusiasm and energy for the Early Years and Reghgio Emilia practice.

  • A great sense of humour

  • A willingness to think outside the box.

What else can BEYC can offer you:

  • A relaxed, friendly, and happy working environment with a supportive team.

  • A flexible and understanding management team

  • An International Early Years school founded by British teachers

  • Comprehensive medical insurance

  • A day off for your birthday

  • Annual salary increments
