Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic K2 Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a vibrant and engaging learning environment for our youngest learners, using the World of Wonders curriculum and play-based learning approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate instructional activities that promote active learning and development.
Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to the World of Wonders curriculum and emphasize play-based learning.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
Observe and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and providing regular feedback to parents.
Use a variety of creative instructional techniques to meet the diverse needs of students.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support each child’s growth and development.
Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the school community.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Valid teaching certification in early childhood education.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood or kindergarten settings.
Familiarity with the World of Wonders curriculum and play-based learning methodologies.
Strong understanding of early childhood development and educational best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a warm and inclusive classroom environment.
Commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
