We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Curriculum Leader to lead the strategic development of the Early Years curriculum and pedagogy. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly effective Early Years practitioner with strong curriculum understanding to influence teaching and learning, support staff development, and ensure a coherent, high-quality learning experience across the phase.
The successful candidate will work closely with Junior School Leadership Team to review, refine, and further develop curriculum design, assessment, and learning environments, while modelling excellent classroom practice and fostering a collaborative professional culture.
