KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the NES teacher in delivering the OwlAble Wit Creative Curriculum
Monitor daily health, hygiene, and safety routines for children aged 2–4
Assist in preparing and developing sensorial learning materials & DIY aids
Observe and record children's behavior and developmental milestones
Manage classroom transitions using songs, rhymes, and positive signals — not commands
Apply child psychology principles to guide behavior with patience and care
Collaborate with the NES teacher in planning and reflecting on lessons

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
At least 1–2 years of experience working with children aged 2–4
Strong understanding of child psychology and positive discipline techniques
Skilled in classroom management using creative methods: songs, rhymes, signals
Communicative English proficiency (able to support an English-immersion classroom)
Warm, nurturing, patient, and genuinely passionate about young children
