Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• 3–5 years of teaching experience in Early Years
• Background in bilingual or trilingual schools (highly preferred)
• Strong skills in curriculum planning and early years pedagogy
• Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and mentor teachers
• English proficiency at CEFR B1+ or higher
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about child development, with a positive and collaborative attitude
Key Responsibilities
• Lead curriculum planning and ensure high-quality learning experiences
• Support, mentor, and supervise Early Years teachers
• Teach selected classes as assigned
• Monitor children’s development and maintain communication with parents
• Work closely with school management and teaching teams to align learning goals
