Position: Early Childhood Teacher/ Kids' Activity Leader (Full-time / Part-Time)
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in early childhood education at least 3 years
- Excellent English communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- Passionate about working with children and able to communicate effectively with both children and parents
- Strong understanding of child development for children aged 12 months and up
- A love of learning and a growth mindset
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and on-the-spot decision-making skills
- Energetic, creative, and adaptable
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Environmentally conscious and attentive to maintaining a clean and sustainable learning environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and lead early childhood development activities that emphasize play-based learning
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities for young children (ages 1 and up), such as Physical Development, Music & Movement for Babies and Toddlers
- Manage and organize teaching materials and activity equipment
- Participate in the ongoing development of curriculum and programs
