Bristol Trilingual School is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers who prioritize child development and believe in nurturing the whole child in a trilingual learning environment.
 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Teach and care for Early Childhood students in accordance with the school’s curriculum and philosophy.
• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences and play-based programs.
• Design creative lesson plans that support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Observe, assess, and document student progress and development.
• Create a warm, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
• Organize learning corners based on children’s interests to promote exploration and creativity.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
• Collaborate closely with co-teachers and the Early Childhood team to reflect on teaching practices and enhance learning outcomes.
 

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field).
• Previous experience working with young children is an advantage.
• A genuine love for and understanding of young children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Open-minded, proactive, and willing to learn and grow professionally.
 

Salary:
Competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
