The Cover & Reading Support Teacher is responsible for delivering effective teaching cover, individual and small group reading support, and delivering daily phonics lessons.
When providing cover, the Cover & Reading Support Teacher follows the class teacher's planning and established classroom expectations, contributing to continuity of learning without replacing the class teacher's ongoing curriculum and assessment responsibilities
