Background
Our college admissions counseling team are a combination of local Chinese staff and educators from around the world. Chinese is an asset, but not a requirement, as all work with students is conducted entirely in English, and our multilingual support staff can aid communication when needed.

About the role
Provide students with a comprehensive study and college application plan,
Help students discover themselves and identify their strengths and weaknesses;
Assist students with extracurricular activities planning
Mentor students through the task of making college choices, deciding upon an application strategy, and preparing college application materials
Organize and implement one-on-one and group college admissions counseling meetings and workshops
Give regular feedback on the college application progress to students and parents
Coach and prepare students for life abroad

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable US College
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Self-motivated yet able to work as part of a dynamic team
