English Teacher – British Learning Centre: Paradise Park
British Learning Centre: Paradise Park is seeking a committed and professional English teacher to join our growing team. This role is open to both full-time and part-time teachers, with direct employment and long-term progression opportunities.
We currently have 3 high-quality evening and weekend tuition schools, delivering British curriculum-aligned English programmes to motivated students in a calm, well-structured learning environment.
About the Role
• Teaching mixed age groups in small groups and 1:1 sessions
• English is the core subject; Maths or Science experience is a bonus
• Lessons include a mix of teacher planning and provided schemes/resources
• High expectations for professionalism, punctuality, and communication
• Working with well-behaved, motivated students and supportive parents
Working Pattern
• Full-time teaching
• Working Wednesday to Sunday
• Monday and Tuesday off
• Part-time available: flexible hours, paid at an hourly rate
Contract & Salary
• Direct employment
• 12-month contract following successful probation
• Salary:
• Starting at 45,000 THB per month, increasing to 50,000 THB after successful 3-month probation
• Paid holidays for full-time salaried staff
• Visa and work permit provided for full-time teachers
Requirements
• TEFL qualification (essential)
• Professional attitude and strong classroom presence
• Experience in Thailand or other schools welcome but not required
• Commitment to high standards and long-term development
