1 NES Biology teacher
Trilingual Programme of Srinakharinwirot University Prasarnmit Demonstration School (Secondary) Bangkok is looking for an English-speaking teacher to deliver lessons in science (biology).
1 position in science (biology) or related fields will be considered for the position. All candidates must have a PGCE, PGCEi, Teaching license or Kurusapa teaching license.
The school is in Asoke, central Bangkok, within walking distance of both BTS and MRT stations. The position will start immediately.
What We Offer
Starting salary: 55,000 THB/month
Housing allowance: 10,000 THB/month
Meals provided: Breakfast and lunch
Qualifications
• Any nationalities (Native English speaker will be given special consideration)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biology or related field
• Demonstrated experience teaching biology and science courses
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong interpersonal skills; enthusiastic, empathetic, proactive, and able to problem-solve
The courses you will be teaching (secondary school students) are as follows:
• Biology
• Science in Practice
• Design Thinking
• STEAM Synergy
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum.
• Maintain a well-organized, respectful, and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance and development.
• Participate in and support school-wide events, science fairs, student clubs, or field trips related to science.
