Bangkok Patana School is seeking a committed, values-driven and strategically minded Assistant Principal: Inclusion and Learning to join the Primary Leadership Team for August 2026.

This pivotal leadership role provides strategic leadership for Inclusion across the Primary School, with responsibility for EAL, Enrichment, Support for Learning, and the effective deployment of Teaching Assistants. The postholder works closely with teachers, leaders, and families to ensure that every student participates fully, makes strong progress, and feels a genuine sense of belonging. Through a data-informed, collaborative approach, the Assistant Principal strengthens inclusive practice, builds staff capacity, and ensures that systems, support, and safeguarding are aligned to deliver high-quality learning for all.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and highly effective Primary educator and leader with a strong track record in improving outcomes for diverse learners. The successful candidate will hold a recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent with QTS), further qualifications and demonstrate the ability to use data, evidence, and inclusive practices to strengthen participation and progress for all learners. Experience in international or culturally diverse settings will be an advantage.
