Key Responsibilities:
Specific to Admissions
Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective students and their families.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for admissions-related inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
● Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students and their families, providing accurate information about the school programmes, admissions requirements and procedures
● Conduct school tours with potential students and parents, providing detailed information about the school.·
● Maintain and update the admissions database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of student information.
● Ensure all application materials are complete and accurate, following up with applicants as needed to obtain missing information.
● Consult with the designated Phase Leaders and Head of School as to placement decisions
● Maintain accurate records of admissions inquiries, applications, and enrollment data
● Prepare and present reports on admissions metrics and marketing performance to senior management.
● Manage the documentation related to the student withdrawal process and collect data on the reasons for withdrawal
Specific to Marketing and Reputation
● Create and oversee an annual marketing plan
● Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, the school website, newsletters, and promotional materials.
● Manage the school’s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
● Oversee the design and production of promotional materials such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
● Lead, organise and implement information and promotional events such as open days, fairs and marketing booths
● Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
● Develop strategies to engage with current students, parents, and alumni to foster a sense of community and loyalty.
● Actively participate in school activities and initiatives to stay connected with the school community and gather feedback.
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Experience in admissions, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
