Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced English as an Additional Language (EAL) Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students for whom English is a second language, fostering language development, and ensuring academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging EAL lessons to primary students, tailored to their language proficiency levels.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages language and cultural understanding.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate language support within the mainstream curriculum.
Assess and monitor students' language proficiency and provide timely feedback to both students and parents.
Utilize teaching strategies and technology to enhance language learning experiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Teaching certification and/or qualification in EAL/ESL.
Proven experience in teaching English as a second language to primary students.
Contract Details:
