If you would prefer to teach young learners at a formal Private Bilingual School, we are currently hiring a NES Pre-Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher to join our main branch, Kajonkietsuksa School in Phuket, Thailand, in our semester 2, school academic year 2024-2025.
The candidate must be a qualified & passionate Native English Teacher (ideally Female) who can exceptionally perform as a Professional Homeroom Teacher. They should hold an Educational Degree or any related field, and preferably PGCE/Early Childhood. Many years of teaching experience/or working with young learners would be prioritized.
A Required start date: A beginning of October 2024
This will enable a smooth transition and proper training before the semester 2 begins on October 24, 2025.
Ideal Candidate:
• Female
• Showing outstanding characteristics; energetic, compassionate, resilient, and initiative
• Willing to make Phuket province home for a minimum of 1-2 years
• Holding a mature attitude towards work and a growth mindset
• Showing a strong desire and passion to teach 2-4 years old children with mixed second-language abilities
Requirements:
• An accredited Bachelor's degree and preferably a PGCE/Elementary level
• A university qualification is a minimum requirement for applicants under regulations set by the Thai Ministry of Education
• Teaching experience with young/Kindergarten students is a strong recommendation
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
• Teaching for 18-20 periods per week (assigned subjects will depend on an individual timetable)
• Preparing classroom and course materials/lesson plans
• Be responsible for examination and invigilating
• Handling administrative tasks (i.e. grade students’ assessments, report, and etc.)
• Participating in the extra-curricular activities, school duties/activities assigned by school

Base Salary Range: 40,000-60,000 THB
• The offer greatly varies depending on the applicant's qualifications and teaching assignments
• Upon a teaching assignment, there are potential additional incomes from extra lesson, homeroom allowance, and so on.
