Wonder Years Montessori School is a trilingual Montessori school in Sriracha , Chonburi , Thailand. We are looking for a
Montessori Directress for Casa Students (3-6 years old)
Qualifications:
- AMI or AMS Montessori Casa Diploma with 3 years+ experience working in Montessori classroom.
(We will not consider the candidate who do not have AMI or AMS Montessori Diploma. )
- Highly motivated, patient, creative, proactive, and strong class management skills
- Loves to teach Kindergarten level
- Fluent in English, can be Non-NES
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design a teaching plan and curriculum that is catered to each child’s development
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials
- Make assessment reports and assist in school activities
- Organize teaching materials and resources
- Report each student’s strengths, abilities, and areas of improvement to their caregivers
- Supervise children during lessons, meal time, recess, field trips, as needed
- Attend meetings with directors, staff, and caregivers
- Organize school's special events together with the teacher team
Benefit :
- Salary : 40,000- 50,000 THB based on experience and degree (negotiable)
- Two-year contract with three-month probationary period
- Other benefits include work permit and visa, bonus, free lunch during working days, fully paid holidays, etc.
- Currently living in Thailand would be preferred.
