**Position:NES Kindergarten & Primary Teachers**

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate and plan exciting and engaging lessons that are age and skill appropriate.
- Plan lessons and assessments according to curriculum outcomes.
- Set goals with students and work towards these goals.
- Instruct students using a variety of resources and a variety of activities.
- Assess performance formally and informally in a timely manner.
- Keep an organized and orderly classroom that promotes creativity, respect, and learning; use culturally and age-appropriate
classroom management techniques.
- Develop instructional materials beyond textbooks for classroom use.
- Be active in the school community and events.
- Follow and promote administration and school-wide policies.
**Teacher Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in education, teaching, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working with young children.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Patient and compassionate to young children’s needs and emotions.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Efficient time management.
- Ability to take on many tasks at once and prioritize them.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general teaching technology.
**Compensation:**
- Pay is commensurate with education and experience; 25,000-35,000 THB/month.
