Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced English Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective face-to-face English language instruction to our students.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver dynamic English language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
Create a supportive and interactive learning environment conducive to language acquisition.
Develop customized lesson plans and materials to suit the needs and interests of individual students and groups.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment of curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in English. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Certification & Experience: Previous experience in teaching or relevant fields is highly desirable. Teaching certification preferred.
Flexibility: Availability to work during weekdays, including evenings, and on Saturdays.
Skills: A dedication to delivering student-focused, engaging, and outcome-oriented lessons.
Living in or willing to relocate to Hanoi, Vietnam.
